The VIP3 accessory allows for adjustable tenting of 5, 10, or 15 degrees, along with cushioned palm supports. This helps to alleviate painful forearm pronation that can occur when typing with flat keyboards. Forearm and wrist pronation can lead to fatigue and repetitive strain injuries due to reduced blood circulation and pressure on muscles and tissues.

Tenting, the elevation of the thumb side of the hand, can significantly reduce pressure on forearm muscles. The Freestyle keyboard family offers three modular tenting accessories designed to address forearm pronation, providing a more neutral and comfortable typing position.
